Refund Policy

1.0 advertisecare provide a free job board platform for customers to advertise jobs on.

1.1 If a customer wishes to contact applicants that have applied for one of their free jobs, they must purchase a day pass so that contact data will become available to the customer via the applicants CV.

1.2 Customers will see highlighted applicant CVs and the number of candidates that have applied for the customers free jobs. The customer can make a calculated decision if they wish to purchase a day pass which will enable the customer to be provided with complete CVs with applicants contact details so that the customer can contact candidates of interest to arrange formal interviews.

1.3 The customer can contact applicants immediately after the purchase of a day pass as they will have full access to candidates for 24 hours from the time of purchase. CVs will be made available to the customer electronically and immediately therefor completing the agreed transaction.

1.4 advertisecare does not guarantee the quantity or quality of CVs that have applied for our customers free jobs.

1.5 If a problem with the website occurs after the customer has purchased a day pass but the information from CVs cannot be viewed for any reason then a full refund will be provided to the customer by BACS within 7 days of advertisecare being made aware of the problem. For a refund to be processed, advertisecare must be informed of the website problem within 14 days of a day pass being purchased via
